You don’t have to be naturally flexible,
you just have to keep going.
I started practicing yoga in 2012 as a very stressed young mom desperately trying to feel better. I wasn’t very flexible and all the poses were hard, but I felt something in the mind ~ body ~ breath connection worth exploring further.
The transformation I’ve experienced through yoga, flexibility training & somatic movement practices goes way beyond the body flexibility and it hasn’t always been easy physically, mentally or spiritually. Showing up to the mat and stretching is relatively easy, but believing you can do it is hard and so is peeling layers of yourself ~ unlearning.
I feel called to show you some of the tools that have helped un-tighten my body & mind in order to make room for love, flexibility in & out, curiosity & expansion.
